Actually...yes. I have been in so many preschool classrooms where kiddos really are developing horrible writing habits and more that will follow them all through their school year.
For example, kids are often given letter and name writing worksheets and then just left to kind of figure it out on their own. Meanwhile, their little hands aren't even ready to hold a pencil, and bad habits are being formed as they practice doing it "wrong" over and over again.
Do I need any special skills to teach my child using these activities?
